Retalk is a real-time voice translator for your meetings and calls. It translates the other person's voice into your language as they speak, sends your translated voice back into the call, and shows live captions — on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and more.
Does the other person need to install anything?
No. Retalk runs on your side and routes through virtual audio devices, so it joins your existing call without a bot or any app on the other participant's end.
Which apps does it work with?
Any app that lets you choose a microphone and speaker — including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and most conferencing and calling tools. You point the app's audio at Retalk's virtual devices and you're set.
Can I translate text only, without a synthetic voice?
Yes. You can translate the other person's voice into spoken audio when you want to listen in your language. You can also turn off the translated voice for the other side and keep text-only translation in live captions while the original audio stays in the call.
Which languages are supported?
Retalk translates between 70+ languages and detects the spoken language automatically — you choose the language you hear and the language the other side hears. Translated speech keeps the speaker's intonation, pacing, and pitch.
Which platforms does Retalk run on?
Retalk is a Mac app today. Your account, plan, and billing are managed on the web, so you can sign in from any browser.
Is my conversation private?
Yes. Audio is translated in real time and never stored. Your conversation never passes through Retalk's servers — it streams directly from your device to the translation model, and transcripts stay on your device unless you choose to keep them.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed by translated minutes — one minute equals one minute of live translation for one voice leg, rounded up to the next 0.1 minute. Basic is $9.9/month for 60 minutes, Plus is $29.9/month for 300, and Pro is $69.9/month for 800. When you need more included minutes, move to a higher plan. Manage your plan and invoices anytime from the self-serve billing portal.
