Meet Retalk
Retalk is real-time voice translation for your meetings and calls. You hear the other side in your language, and they hear you in theirs — live, while the call is happening. No scheduling, no third party on the line, no waiting for a transcript afterward.
No bot in the meeting
Retalk does not join your call as a participant. It installs as a virtual microphone and speaker on your Mac, so Zoom, Meet, Teams, and nearly any other app simply see Retalk as an audio device. There is no extra attendee in the gallery, nothing announcing that the room is being recorded, and no integration to request from IT.
Both directions, in real time
Translation runs both ways inside the same call. Your speech is translated and routed back into the meeting through the virtual microphone, while the other side is translated into your language and played to you. Retalk keeps the two audio tracks separate, so each person hears a clean translation of the other rather than a mix.
Captions you can trust — and keep
Live captions follow the conversation on screen, which helps when names, numbers, or domain terms deserve a second look. Those transcripts stay on the desktop app. The web dashboard shows billing metadata and recent calls — not your conversation, and not your audio.
Minutes that make sense
Retalk meters connected session time, and a single call shares one clock. A 30-minute meeting uses 30 translated minutes, not double that for translating each direction. We wrote more about this in How Retalk Counts Translated Minutes.
Works with the apps you already use
Because Retalk is just an audio device, you keep the meeting tools you already run. There is nothing to install inside Zoom, Meet, or Teams, and nothing for the other side to set up — they simply hear you in their language.
